My focus is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can take shape. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, eating disorders, and women’s issues. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique story, integrating evidence-based methods such as DBT, ACT, CBT, family systems, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I believe that meaningful change begins with trust and understanding, and I aim to help clients build resilience, self-compassion, and clarity along their journey.
