Meet Thomas
I help clients build resilience, develop new skills, and improve their well-being in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. Many people say, “I wish I had done this years ago,” and I’m here to make that first step easier. I’ve supported individuals through challenges like anxiety, depression, anger management, and traumatic brain injuries, and I have extensive experience working with LGBTQI clients. My background includes work in hospitals, correctional facilities, and community-based private practice. I draw on a broad clinical foundation to meet clients where they are and help them move toward healing. I’ve been practicing since earning my degree from Georgia State University and remain committed to creating a space where growth and change feel possible.
