Meet Terrell
My focus is to help individuals navigate life’s most difficult seasons with compassion, authenticity, and hope. I’m passionate about reducing stigma around mental health and empowering others to build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional balance. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, mood disorders, and other emotional challenges, offering a safe and supportive space to explore healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate elements of Reality, Humanistic, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. Together, we’ll work to develop tools that support emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and foster long-term well-being.
