My focus is on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, adjustment challenges, self-esteem concerns, and worry. I work with clients across diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, helping them process life transitions, build coping skills, and develop resilience in a safe and collaborative environment. I use a tailored approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a compassionate space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their emotional well-being and daily life.
