Meet Susan
My focus is to support individuals navigating ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, career transitions, stress, and trauma with compassion and practical guidance. I work especially with clients who discover later in life that they are neurodivergent and are learning to understand, accept, and integrate this part of their identity. I also help individuals and couples bridge communication and relationship challenges that can arise between neurodivergent and neurotypical partners. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and strengthen their inner resilience. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when structure and skill-building are helpful, while also emphasizing self-compassion, acceptance, and personal strengths. Together, we work to restore balance, reduce overwhelm, and create meaningful change during life’s transitions.
