Meet Sheila
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, my focus is on providing compassionate, individualized care that supports both mental and physical well-being. I treat adolescents and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. I combine pharmacologic treatments with personalized non-pharmacologic approaches, ensuring each plan is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. I am passionate about breaking down cultural barriers and addressing the stigma surrounding mental illness, especially in communities where it is misunderstood or minimized. I believe in creating a safe, respectful environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take steps toward healing. My goal is to partner with each person on their journey to wellness, honoring their story, fostering trust, and supporting lasting change.
