Meet Shannon
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. I support clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, panic attacks, separation anxiety, career transitions, relationship difficulties, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. In my practice, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. I have a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, all grounded in a strengths-based perspective. This means I work collaboratively with clients to build on their existing resources and resilience as we work toward meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and develop new skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
