Meet Shanna
As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner my focus is on delivering individualized, compassionate care grounded in respect, collaboration, and understanding. I believe meaningful treatment begins with truly seeing each person’s experience and creating a space where patients feel heard, valued, and supported. My approach emphasizes warmth, authenticity, and partnership, recognizing that mental health care is never one-size-fits-all. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and veteran and military-related mental health concerns. Care is tailored to each individual’s goals and symptoms, integrating evidence-based medication management with thoughtful attention to the mind–body connection. I work collaboratively with patients and other mental health professionals to ensure treatment plans are safe, comprehensive, and aligned with each person’s values. My goal is to support healing, resilience, and long-term stability while honoring the courage it takes to pursue mental wellness.
