My focus is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and life transitions, including the unique challenges faced by veterans and military families. Together, we’ll explore patterns, develop insights, and use practical tools to help you move forward and create meaningful change. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which has been shown to provide rapid relief from distressing symptoms. My goal is to offer a warm, encouraging environment where you can process difficult experiences, build resilience, and rediscover your strengths. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
