Meet Sarena
My focus is to support individuals and couples in building healthier relationships with themselves and others. Grounded in a trauma-informed, multicultural, and client-centered framework, I work collaboratively with clients to address concerns related to ADHD, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I believe meaningful healing occurs when care is personalized, culturally responsive, and rooted in understanding each person’s lived experience. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and Gottman Method Level I and discernment counseling for couples. My treatment is tailored to each client’s goals and pace, with an emphasis on strengthening insight, emotional regulation, communication, and resilience. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move toward lasting change.
