As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my focus is providing comprehensive, compassionate care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. My background in psychiatric nursing and social work allows me to approach treatment from multiple perspectives, understanding both the clinical and personal impact of mental health conditions. I have experience across residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, detox, and outpatient settings, working with diverse populations and complex presentations. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapies and holistic strategies. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, motivational interviewing, and supportive therapy while prioritizing collaboration, trust, and individualized treatment planning. I strive to meet patients where they are, create a nonjudgmental environment, and work together toward meaningful, sustainable stability and improved quality of life.
