Meet Rayna

I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and that you know your mind and body better than anyone else. My role is to be on your team, listen to your story, and collaborate with you to find solutions tailored to your unique situation and goals. As your provider, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can share your struggles and aspirations openly. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and respect, recognizing that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful change. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely. By integrating care for both mind and body, I aim to meet you where you are, validate your experiences, and offer knowledge and guidance for the next steps in your treatment. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Emory University and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies with a concentration in psychiatry from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. I have completed specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychopharmacology. Before becoming a PA, I worked as a mental health counselor in a residential center, conducted research on therapeutic methods for children with mental disorders, and worked in a lab focused on narratives, mental well-being, and identity. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, treating conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Every patient is unique, and I am dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans that align with each person’s goals and needs. I’m excited to work with you and applaud you for taking this important step toward prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being
