Meet Rayna
As your psychiatric provider, I’m here to be on your team, to listen, and to find solutions that fit your unique needs and motivations. I earned my bachelor’s from Emory University in Psychology and Philosophy, and my master’s in Physician Assistant Studies with a psychiatry concentration from Rosalind Franklin University. I’ve completed specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and psychopharmacology, and bring deep experience from work in counseling, research, and clinical care. I’ve supported individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, and substance use concerns. I believe treatment is most effective when tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances, and I don’t believe in forcing medications or therapy. Instead, I provide thoughtful recommendations and empower you to make informed choices. Together, we’ll build a plan that feels right for you.
