Meet Raschelle
Throughout my career in healthcare, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Mental health care is a crucial part of every department and every area of nursing, and I have spent much of my professional journey since 2010 focusing on providing compassionate care to those suffering from mental health conditions. Mental health is often underserved and stigmatized, and it is my mission as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to provide comfort and reassurance to my patients, helping them understand that they are not alone in their experiences. I believe mental health is shaped by a combination of genetic, environmental, and social factors, and I take a holistic approach to care that considers all these elements. I treat a wide range of conditions, including eating disorders, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, and ADHD. My treatment approach includes psychopharmacological therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I am deeply committed to improving the mental health and well-being of my patients, and I strive to create a supportive, empathetic environment where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their mental health journey.
