Meet Rachel
My focus is on creating a safe, relatable therapeutic space grounded in authenticity, trust, and connection. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and integrate warmth and appropriate humor to help clients feel comfortable as they engage in meaningful self-exploration. This collaborative approach allows individuals to feel supported as they work toward insight, confidence, and personal growth. I work with teens and adults navigating adjustment disorders, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, body dysmorphic concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and client-centered, emphasizing healthy coping skills, self-awareness, and sustainable behavior change. Together, we identify patterns, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that support emotional balance and improved well-being.
