Meet Phuong
I first worked in the medical ICU and crisis stabilization units, before fully embracing my passion for mental health care. Inspired by my own health journey, I focus on understanding each client through their personal development, culture, upbringing, and beliefs. I aim to help individuals overcome the disabling effects of mental health challenges and move toward safety, stability, and fulfillment. It’s important to me that every client walks away feeling informed and empowered to take ownership of their treatment. As a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, I was raised in Gwinnett County and remain deeply connected to its diversity and community. I’m bilingual in Vietnamese and English, and outside of work, I enjoy time with my two children and family, exploring new restaurants, hosting friends at home, and tackling DIY projects. I strive to bring authenticity, respect, and curiosity into each therapeutic relationship.
