Meet Patricia
My focus is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and sleep difficulties. I am bilingual and offer care in English and Spanish, so clients can communicate comfortably in the language that feels most natural to them. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to care, partnering closely with each client to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. I strive to make the process feel approachable and supportive, never rushed or one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help clients feel more balanced, empowered, and confident as they take meaningful steps toward improved emotional well-being and a better quality of life.
