Meet Michael
I was drawn to this field with a simple but profound goal: to help people live with greater meaning and purpose. My clinical focus is on adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and psychosis. I believe therapy offers space for reflection, healing, and growth, especially when life feels overwhelming. My approach is eclectic and individualized, grounded in evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic-Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I work from a strengths-based, person-centered lens, always adjusting my work to reflect each client’s values and goals. At the heart of my practice is a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to build a safe, open space where people feel seen, heard, and respected, and where they can reconnect with their inner strength and discover new ways of understanding themselves and the world around them.
