I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 9 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals and I address Addiction / Substance Abuse, Anger management, Anxiety, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Grief, Panic Attacks, Relationship challenges. My only concern is you. My non-judging and calm presence are referred to as unconditional positive regard, where I provide a safe environment to unpack issues in a manner that brings about true change. I work with a wide range of individuals dealing with everything from depression and substance issues to domestic violence, PTSD, body dysmorphia, adjustment disorders, addiction, ADHD, bipolar, grief, anxiety, and depression. I focus on CBT, existential, and person-centered modalities to enable progress toward a healthier mental state. I strive to help each person become as genuine as possible. Progress can be made towards becoming more authentic by identifying obstacles blocking you from getting back to your "mission" and your purpose in life. It's only by identifying this goal that we derive more happiness and meaning.
