Meet Matthew
I work with individuals navigating addiction, substance use, anger, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, and relationship challenges. I also support clients managing PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, body dysmorphia, domestic violence, and adjustment concerns, offering care in both outpatient and in-home settings. My therapeutic style is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based modalities including CBT, existential therapy, and person-centered care. I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions and build insight. I believe meaningful change begins with trust, and I aim to foster relationships built on respect and unconditional positive regard. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their values and purpose, develop new tools, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
