Meet Mary
My focus is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and hope. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, phobias, and psychotic disorders. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel understood and equipped with tools to build stability, manage symptoms, and improve overall quality of life. In my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of the individual. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in respect. My goal is to help clients strengthen self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
