Meet Mary
My focus is to provide compassionate, supportive care for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment-related concerns. I am deeply interested in people’s life stories and believe that healing and personal growth are possible at every stage of life. I especially enjoy working with adults and older adults facing life transitions, emotional changes, and challenges related to aging. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), reminiscence therapy, and solution-focused strategies. I strive to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and practical skills to help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
