Meet Marina
My focus is to help clients navigate emotional challenges with compassion and practical tools for healing and growth. I work with adolescents, young adults, and families facing borderline personality disorder (BPD), generalized anxiety, PTSD, social anxiety, and multicultural issues. My integrative approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), creating individualized treatment plans that empower clients to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in daily life. As a bilingual therapist, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, honoring the unique identities and experiences that shape each person’s story. I strive to provide a space that is inclusive, affirming, and growth-oriented, where clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged to move toward meaningful change.
