Meet Malinda
As a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2017, my work is focused on collaborating with clients to help them achieve their personal goals and develop creative strategies for managing life’s challenges. My practice prioritizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, tailoring each treatment to the unique needs of my clients. Throughout my career, I have gained invaluable experience working with individuals facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse cycles, and severe mental health conditions such as borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. This diverse experience has equipped me with a unique perspective on how to support clients in overcoming these challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore the difficulties of modern life and make transformative decisions that are right for them. With a deep commitment to empathy and understanding, I ensure clients feel comfortable and supported throughout our work together.
