Meet Lindsey
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, where I focused on mental health. I see clients starting at age 5 and bring a compassionate, client-centered approach rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. My experience spans a range of treatment settings—including IOP, PHP, and residential care—allowing me to meet each client with empathy, flexibility, and clinical depth. I support individuals navigating relationships, identity, family dynamics, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I practice through a trauma-informed, harm reduction lens that honors autonomy, reduces shame, and fosters self-reflection. As a sex-positive therapist, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. With a strengths-based, collaborative mindset, I help clients build insight, improve communication, and tap into their resilience. I believe healing happens through connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside those seeking a more intentional, grounded life.
