Meet Laura
Offering a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change, this practice supports individuals, couples, and families in outpatient settings. My clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), personality disorders, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, post-traumatic stress, and other complex emotional experiences. With a special interest in supporting parents of neurodivergent children, my practice is grounded in a client-centered approach that integrates mindfulness, radical acceptance, and self-soothing strategies to foster healing and resilience. Every person is met with deep commitment to ensuring they feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
