Meet Laura
I’m a licensed mental health therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in outpatient settings. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), personality disorders, and LGBTQ+ identity concerns. I also work with clients navigating post-traumatic stress and other complex emotional experiences. Additionally, I have a special interest in supporting parents of neurodivergent children. Grounded in a client-centered approach, I integrate mindfulness, radical acceptance, and self-soothing strategies to foster healing and resilience. I strive to ensure each person I work with feels heard, understood, and empowered in their therapeutic journey. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment. Whether you're managing a specific diagnosis or seeking greater balance and self-awareness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
