My focus is on helping individuals understand their patterns, build practical life skills, and create meaningful changes that supports emotional balance and personal growth. I approach therapy with the belief that education, insight, and compassion are key to reducing stress and improving overall well-being. By creating a supportive and collaborative space, I help clients feel empowered to address challenges and develop healthier ways of coping. I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and stress-related concerns. My approach is individualized and goal-oriented, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we identify strengths, address unwanted behaviors, and develop strategies that lead to positive, sustainable outcomes.
