Meet Kenneth
My focus is on creating a therapeutic space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in expressing their full selves. I work with clients across a range of settings and believe that healing begins when people are given permission to explore their experiences with honesty and compassion. Drawing from both professional training and lived understanding, I approach care with genuineness, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story. I support individuals navigating adjustment disorders, depression, social anxiety, trauma, and concerns related to identity and belonging, including LGBTQ+ care. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools that foster resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
