Meet Kelley
My focus is to create a safe, welcoming space where individuals, couples, and families feel supported in exploring life’s challenges and transitions. I work with clients navigating anxiety, adjustment difficulties, grief, and relationship issues, as well as those seeking clarity during career or personal changes. I’m especially passionate about helping young adults build meaningful relationships, embrace independence, and reshape their sense of identity and connection. My approach integrates a systems perspective with solution-focused, client-centered care. I also draw from Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop insight, practical coping skills, and confidence in managing life’s demands. I view therapy as a collaborative process, one that honors your experiences, fosters growth, and helps you move toward greater balance and well-being.
