My focus is on supporting adults and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, low self-esteem, past trauma, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and interactive, grounded in respect, honesty, and collaboration. I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, understood, and actively involved in creating meaningful change. My work is integrative and tailored to each person, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and EMDR. I’m also happy to incorporate spirituality when it is meaningful to you.
