Meet Kathy
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a collaborative approach to patient care. I work alongside each individual to establish treatment goals and create personalized plans to achieve them. My approach incorporates medications, evidence-based supplements, brief therapeutic interventions, lifestyle modifications, and collaboration with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure the most effective care for each patient. My focus areas include anxiety, eating disorders, insomnia, trauma, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and psychosis. I treat individuals of all ages and am committed to providing holistic, individualized care that supports both mental and physical well-being. My goal is to empower my patients to reach their fullest potential and improve their overall quality of life.
