I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and emerging adults in their journey toward mental well-being. My practice is inclusive and adaptable, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. With experience in addressing a range of concerns—including anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, behavioral challenges, cognitive issues, and various social difficulties—I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. In my therapeutic work, I employ a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My goal is to empower clients to develop resilience and achieve meaningful change in their lives.
