Meet Kacie
I began working in the mental health field in 2020 and have gained experience across community-based settings, workforce development programs, and telehealth platforms. My path into therapy was driven by a deep desire to help individuals heal, grow, and lead more functional, fulfilling lives. I have a special interest in supporting people navigating trauma, emotional disconnection, relationship stress, and workplace challenges. I’m especially passionate about working with underserved populations who often face systemic barriers to care and support. My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic strategies, and strength-based counseling. I aim to help clients feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in their everyday lives.
