Meet Juliana
My focus is to help individuals better understand themselves, heal from experiences that feel limiting, and move toward lives that feel more fulfilling and connected. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we gently explore patterns, process past experiences, and build insight in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. It is a privilege to be entrusted with clients’ stories, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with respect, curiosity, and compassion. I work with individuals navigating mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and women’s issues. Because no single approach fits everyone, I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused treatments such as CPT, TF-CBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My goal is to create a safe, empowering environment where clients can experience meaningful healing, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
