My focus is to provide compassionate, goal-oriented care for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and LGBTQ+–related concerns. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work through life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My approach is collaborative and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emphasizing practical tools, insight-building, and clearly defined treatment goals. Together, we focus on identifying patterns, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful progress in a way that feels focused and effective. I believe therapy should be purposeful, individualized, and centered on helping clients move forward with greater resilience and emotional well-being.
