As a therapist specializing in mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients notice the beauty in life by stepping out of their racing minds and reconnecting with the present. Growing up in Minnesota, I saw the isolating effects of untreated mental health challenges, which fueled my dedication to creating safe, supportive therapeutic spaces. I guide clients in uncovering automatic thoughts, building mindfulness skills, and making values-based choices that foster emotional peace and fulfillment. We set goals that are not just achievable, but deeply meaningful, promoting personal growth and resilience. I enjoy working with clients to strengthen the connection to their inner resources, guiding them toward lives of purpose and authenticity. Outside of therapy, I love exploring Atlanta’s culinary and music scene, spending time with friends, and hanging out with my opinionated corgi.
