Meet Jazzmine
I take a holistic, empathetic, and personalized approach to mental health and whole-person wellness, empowering children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults to feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive. Passionate about inclusive care, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore mental health and well-being. I am a board-certified Physician Assistant fluent in English and Spanish, holding a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from North Central College. I support patients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood and personality disorders, PTSD, gender identity exploration, and women’s health. Outside the clinic, I enjoy tennis, basketball, pickleball, gym workouts, baking, and time with my two beloved shih tzus. “Believe in yourself when no one else does.”
