Meet Jasmine
*I began working in the mental healthcare field in 2021 in outpatient, corrections, school based, residential addiction treatment, and hospital settings. *I chose mental healthcare as my career path because I was involved with numerous community service agencies and volunteer work in my adolescent years. At 14 years old, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in social work and provide mental health services to a variety of populations. *Depression, anxiety, PTSD/ Trauma based, Personality Disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, relationship issues, justice impacted, grief and loss *dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, strength based therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, attachment based therapy Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous step, and I'm honored you're considering working with me. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships and it’s my goal to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I’ll meet you where you are! Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move toward the life you want with more clarity and self-compassion. My role isn’t to "fix" you, it’s to walk beside you as you uncover your own strength, resilience, and wisdom. This space is yours. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.
