I believe the strength to navigate life’s challenges lives within each of us, and therapy offers a safe, collaborative space to access that strength. In my work, vulnerability is met with compassion, authenticity is embraced, and healing becomes possible. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, multicultural concerns, and LGBTQ+ care, providing encouragement and tools to foster resilience and growth. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I ground my practice in multicultural awareness and inclusivity, honoring the richness of diverse experiences. My approach integrates person-centered and evidence-based therapies, including Mindfulness-Based Therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT. At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping clients embrace their authentic selves, reconnect with inner strength, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and hope.
