Specializing in trauma and anxiety, I am trained in various therapeutic modalities to help clients manage and reduce the intensity of their symptoms. I use techniques such as Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered treatment to support clients in reaching their treatment goals. My strength-based approach empowers clients throughout their therapeutic journey and fosters their personal growth and resilience.
