Meet Grant
I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been providing mental health services for 10 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Families and I address Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Mood Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Grant Tyler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with almost 20 years of service in the medical profession. Having experience as a FNP, Grant has a strong foundation in both primary care and preventative medicine. The ability to combine his experiences within healthcare allows him to holistically evaluate the individual, creating a treatment plan focused on both the mind and body. Grant is able to conduct thorough assessments, provide medication management, and offer counseling and therapy to individuals who are struggling with mental health disorders. Above all else, he is a compassionate and empathetic healthcare provider who is dedicated to building strong relationships with his patients. I believe that trust and mutual respect are essential to providing effective care, and I strive to create a Supportive and non-judgmental environment for all of my patients each and every day.
