My approach to treatment is shaped not only by clinical expertise but also by lived experience and a passion for advocacy, especially for individuals in underserved communities navigating mental health challenges. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide outpatient care to clients ages 15 and up, offering personalized, balanced treatment plans that blend supportive therapy with evidence-based medication management. My specialties include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and schizophrenia. Drawing from current clinical guidelines and pharmacologic advancements, I aim to promote resilience and long-term wellness through thoughtful, collaborative care.
