Meet Genger
My focus is to support individuals navigating complex emotional experiences, including ADHD, dissociative disorders, grief, trauma, and post-traumatic stress (PTSD). I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, creating an affirming and compassionate environment where clients feel safe exploring their stories and healing from difficult life experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating evidence-based methods such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method techniques for couples, and play therapy when working with younger clients. I strive to help individuals process trauma, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills for emotional regulation and resilience. By fostering trust, insight, and self-compassion, my goal is to help clients move forward with greater clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of well-being.
