I work with adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. My passion for mental health began with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, followed by a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies where I gained valuable experience across various medical specialties, including psychiatry. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental environment grounded in mutual compassion and respect. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships so you feel truly heard and supported when sharing your thoughts and emotions. My person-centered approach emphasizes active listening and collaboration to develop individualized treatment plans, which may include medication, therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.
