I am a dedicated mental health professional passionate about improving access to quality mental health services and resources. With experience working with diverse populations, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to support my clients in becoming the best version of themselves and achieving the growth they desire. I work with patients ages 15 and up, with a focus on those dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, adjustment disorders, and cultural diversity issues. Through a compassionate and client-centered approach, I help my clients develop resilience, coping strategies, and the tools they need to improve their mental well-being.
