Meet Felisha
My focus is helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and women’s issues with compassion and evidence-based care. I understand how overwhelming life’s stressors can feel and strive to create an authentic, supportive environment where trust and collaboration are central. I am especially passionate about empowering women who struggle with low self-esteem, trust concerns, negative core beliefs, and unhealthy relationship patterns, helping them build clarity, confidence, and resilience. My approach is warm, personalized, and goal-oriented. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, attachment-based work, grief counseling, and distress tolerance skills training to address trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen coping strategies, process past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports a healthier and more fulfilling future.
