My focus is to give clients a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and worry, helping clients navigate the stress, uncertainty, and self-doubt that often accompany these challenges. With training as a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed strategies while also weaving in creativity through art and expressive methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy should be both structured and compassionate, offering tools for resilience while honoring each person’s lived experience. My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey, helping you build confidence, discover new strengths, and move toward lasting growth and balance in your life.
