Meet Erin
I’m a Therapist with over five years of experience providing mental health care to individuals, families, and groups. I support clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship challenges. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with a strong focus on setting goals and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. I enjoy helping clients problem solve, whether they’re managing difficult symptoms or navigating complex relationship dynamics. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to empower clients with tools and insights that support long-term growth and well-being.
