Meet Erin
Providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups, I support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, and relationship concerns. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with a focus on goal setting and collaborative progress. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each person’s unique needs. I enjoy helping clients problem solve, whether they are managing symptoms or working through complex dynamics. My goal is to equip people with practical tools and deeper insight to support long-term growth and emotional well-being.
