Meet Erin
I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my practice, I use an integrative approach that incorporates person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for my clients. I specialize in helping teens, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with grief, anger management, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, adjustment disorder, and relationship issues.
