Meet Erin
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I use an integrative approach that draws from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. My goal is to provide a supportive and structured environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating grief, anger management, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship concerns. I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the individual, helping clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and move forward with clarity and confidence
