As a board-certified psychiatrist, my focus is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that supports each patient’s emotional well-being and long-term stability. I work with adults experiencing mood and affective disorders, ADHD, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and stress. I also have a special interest in helping healthcare professionals and working adults manage burnout and role-related challenges. My goal is to create a space where patients feel understood, informed, and actively engaged in their treatment journey. My approach combines psychodynamic and evidence-based therapeutic techniques with thoughtful medication management when appropriate. I value collaboration, trust, and clear communication, helping patients better understand their options and take meaningful steps toward recovery.
